Our classrooms are staffed with co-teachers who are equally qualified as "Group Leaders" under Colorado regulations. This varies from the typical hierarchical set up of a teacher and an aide in charge of a classroom. We believe having better qualified and more talented professionals in a class provides a richer program for your child.
Most teachers hold a bachelor degree, associate degree or have extensive course work in child development and early childhood education. We are proud to have such a well-educated and experienced staff. In addition, to offering in-service trainings, we give tuition assistance for college coursework
and statewide and national conferences.
In a profession that experiences an incredibly high turnover rate, we feel we are able to recruit and retain well-qualified and loving caregivers. We have competitive wages, a strong benefit package and a Parent Advisory Committee that supports and appreciate our teachers throughout the year.
